If you decide to participate in this initiative, you will be doing 2 things .

1. Mentoring and guiding him/her in career (biweekly/monthly calls as you feel)
2. Helping them with their educational needs (We have calculated it to 10,000 Rs per Year after talking with ZP school teachers)

Some important points :

1. You can also join for this year only , if for whatever reason you do not wish to continue for next year, we can assign new mentor to student. There is no commitment needed.
2. You can also be mentor in case you can either only help with money or guiding ,  then we will assign 2 mentors for a student.
3. You are going to pay money directly to student/their legal guardians . Our Foundation is not receiving even a single rupee from it .

I really believe in this idea and hope that this a great opportunity and ‘win-win’ situation for both the parties. 

For the students, they are getting most needed financial support and guidance (more importantly a feeling that some one is caring for them)

For you , it is a great chance to give something back to society in a meaningful way and change a life !!

 this is my Dream project; I have been envisioning this for last 3 to 4 years.
